Day 23 Valemount to Blue River

Due to my flatting problems with the Panaracer Col de Vie's I ordered some Schwalbe Marathons from Rivendell while in Canmore that were due for delivery in Blue River a couple days ago.  So, all day I am thinking about how nice it will be to get these tires off and the Marathons on.  The Col de Vie's were fine when doing riding and not loaded touring.  With a load they have been prone to picking up glass and tire wire.  Unfortunately, deliveries in Canada are incredibly complicated.  UPS handed off to Purulator in Kamloops.  Purulator then handed off to the Canadian Postal Service in Clearwater.  Bottom line - who knows where those tires are?  They did not make it to Blue River and were not to be found in Clearwater on Monday either.  Oh well...........
